The LB-OLL is in demand wherever it is not possible to perfectly define the forces that occur when the load is pulled horizontally or vertically. For example, in shipbuilding as an assembly crane where metal sheets have to be joined together or in open-cast mining when large excavators have to change chains.

Without freewheel
LB-OF Lever Hoist
The LB-OF (Lever Hoist without freewheel function) is a safety variant in which the freewheel function is generally suppressed during difficult operations. Thus, the chain hoist proves to be extremely advantageous, especially in aircraft production and maintenance. Areas of application are, for example, the installation and removal of aircraft segments such as engines or turbines.

Visualization in case of overload
LB-LOS Lever Hoist
Our Kito LB-LOS Lever Hoist has a load signal which is activated in case of overload and warns the user of this situation. On the one hand, the color in the display window changes from green to red, and on the other hand, the lever arm buckles at further load with a clearly audible "click". After the lever arm has been relieved, it can be returned to its original shape with a slight resistance and the LB-LOS can be used again immediately.

Additional safety interlock
LB-SL Lever Hoist
The Kito LB-SL Lever Hoist is reliable and durable, even under harsh conditions, thanks to its robust sheet steel housing. The additional safety lock SL (Safety Lock) is automatically activated in case of failure of the load pressure brake and the load is held safely. The LB-SL is available for 1,600 kg, 3,200 kg, 6,300 kg and 9,000 kg payloads. Existing lever hoists of the LB series can be modified with the SL modification kit. The modification from LB to LB-SL is only possible by Kito certified distributors.

Guided hook-eye safety latch
The upper and lower hooks have a particularly large inner diameter and sufficient space for slings. The hook-eye safety latch with guided hook interlock on the upper and lower hooks prevents slings from slipping out unintentionally.

The GS-label for "Tested Safety" has been recognised worldwide as a safety mark for years. The seal is only awarded to products that undergo voluntary quality control and comply with the legal requirements of the German Product Safety Act (ProdSG). The Kito CB and CX Manual Chain Hoists and the Kito LB and LX Lever Hoists have been awarded the GS-label "Tested Safety" mark by the German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV) since 2007.

Corrosion-resistant and low-wear
Nickel-plated load chain
Kito is the only manufacturer in the world that nickel-plates its load chain electrolessly. The Kito high quality load chain protects against mechanical damage. The quality class T, version V 1000 N/mm² is above the minimum requirement of 800 N/mm². The symbiosis of hoist and chain ensures the best possible safety, durability and efficiency. The load chain is characterised by an excellent permanent bending resistance, a special surface hardness, a prevention of hydrogen embrittlement and a high tensile strength as well as a very high breaking stress. The load chain can withstand operating temperatures from -40 °C to +200 °C.

Increased safety thanks to the chain lock that can be positioned with a flick of the wrist.
Developed for combined use with the LB Lever Hoist e.g. for horizontal pulling of loads and machines. The wire rope clamp is not intended as a stop attachment.
The TK Beam Clamp is available in a wide range of load capacities from 1,000 kg to 10,000 kg and is adjustable to the most common beam types. For wide I-beams, extra wide versions are available for 3,000 kg and 5,000 kg capacities. In addition, the beam clamp can be used both as a stop point and as a load handling device.
