The Twist Checker is standard equipment on the CX010. It allows a quick and easy check if the chain is twisted.

Overload protection is standard on the CX. Prevents dangerous situations in the event of incorrect operation of the chain hoist.

With a net weight of 2.4 kg, a minimum headroom of 217 mm and a load capacity of 250 kg, the KITO CX003 manual chain hoist is one of the smallest and lightest chain hoists available. The device has an operating force of only 14.7 daN, making it one of the easiest hoists to operate in the world.

The upper and lower hooks have a particularly large inner diameter and sufficient space for slings. The hook jaw safety device with guided hook interlock on the upper and lower hooks prevents slings from slipping out unintentionally.

KITO is the only manufacturer in the world that nickel-plates its load chain electrolessly. The KITO high quality load chain protects against mechanical damage. The quality class T, version V 1000 N/mm² is above the minimum requirement of 800 N/mm². The symbiosis of hoist and chain ensures the best possible safety, durability and efficiency. The load chain is characterised by an excellent permanent bending resistance, a special surface hardness, a prevention of hydrogen embrittlement and a high tensile strength as well as a very high breaking stress. The load chain can withstand operating temperatures from -40 °C to +200 °C.

Millimetre-precise lifting movements and low manual operating force thanks to fine-toothed precision gearing. The gear wheels and the load pinion are cold forged, machined and heat treated. This ensures maximum resistance and material strength.
