KITO proves again that its high developed electric chain hoists are the best choice when it comes to precise work on the load chain. Latest example is the usage at Schlossbrunnen Wüllner GmbH in Germany – it is the production facility of “Gaensefurther Schlossbrunnen” mineral water which is famous in German state Saxony-Anhalt. At the “local fountain”, the popular mineral water is not only filled, but also the returnable bottles are cleaned. The bottle washing machine is operating the bottle baskets with KITO ER2 M electric chain hoist with motor trolley since 2018 to place them at the correct position.
The bottle basket transport requires a lot of “intuitive instinct” paired with a high load capacity up to 250 kg. KITO EUROPE premium partner SEILTEC Seil- und Hebetechnik Schönebeck GmbH from Germany recommended KITO ER2 M for this special application to the family company. In this design, the strong ER2 is equipped with KITO MR2 motor trolley for a more precise load control. So, lifting and lowering the glass bottles is not only safer, but also more efficient due to a constant speed control. The electric hoist is installed at a fixed gantry crane in the production hall of Schlossbrunnen Wüllner GmbH.
